With over 30 years of rich experience in the industry, he has been dedicated to driving innovation in prestressing technology. A B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Dsouza has consistently worked towards advancing engineering excellence and delivering pioneering solutions in the sector.

Mr. Richard Dsouza, son of Mr. Henry Dsouza, is a second-generation entrepreneur carrying forward the legacy of the Trinity brand. With professional experience across India and the Middle East, he has worked in diverse industries as well as in consulting, gaining a holistic perspective on business and strategy. He holds a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA in Finance, and is a Chartered Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
